Bistro – This popular casual dining spot serves lunch to order dinner daily. Catch up with friends or stop by between scheduled programs.
Main Dining Room – Our main dining room is open for dinner and offers a welcoming, lively dining experience. With cuisine made to order, and various specials offered weekly, this dining venue is a favorite among residents.
Café – Our full-service café is open from 7 am – 3 pm for quick grab-and-go snacks, Starbucks® coffee, and more.

Executive Chef – Dave Connolly
With over 30 years in the restaurant business, Executive Chef Dave Connolly brings a fresh culinary experience to Laurel Circle. Starting as a teenager in the restaurant business, Chef Dave worked in the back of the house of many restaurants constantly developing his love and passion for the culinary arts. He has corporate experience in one of the top senior living companies in America. He was also awarded “Monmouth County Chef of the Year” in 2009 and other awards including best steak in the Jersey shore.
Another passion of Dave’s is refining the skills of young people to help them develop life, kitchen, and social skills.
Dave enjoys spending time with his wife Margot & two children Maggie and Louie. He also enjoys spending time at the beach, his children’s sporting events, and church.
